A thriving firm of chartered accountants have a new requirement for a Payroll Executive to join their well established team.
Reporting to the manager and working as part of a team you will be responsible for:
- Manage your own portfolio of clients and liaising with them regularly to form established relationships
- Processing payrolls within agreed timescales outlined by and agreed with your clients
- Manage payroll billing for your portfolio
- RTI submissions
- Manual calculations for Tax, NI, SMP, SPP and SSP in accordance with client's request
- Keep up to date with changes to Auto Enrolment and other relevant legislation
Candidate requirements include:
- A payroll qualification is preferred but not essential
- Previous experience working in a payroll bureau is essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proven client relationship building skills
