Role - Sales Ledger Manager Location - Manchester Airport Salary - £28,000 - £34,000 + benefits
Frazer John Recruitment Finance Division is exclusively recruiting for a fast growing logistics organisation in their search for a Sales Ledger Manager to work out of their office based close to Manchester Airport.
The Sales Ledger Manager position requires the individual to have had previous experience of both Accounts Receivable and Credit Control. The ability to work to tight deadlines is essential as is the ability to build relationships both internally and externally. Previous experience of managing and developing a small team is absolutely essential. The key duties for the Sales Ledger Manager position will involve the following duties:-
- Management of a small team of sales ledger clerks and credit controllers
- Conduct appraisals and set targets for the team
- Reconciling and closing the sales ledger
- Responsibility for chasing debt on key accounts
- Analyse variances between aged-debt
- Review and approved credit limits for new customers
- Review and improve process and systems throughout the organisation
