Hays Senior Finance are delighted to be working in partnership with this well known company in Rugby to recruit a permanent Business Planning Analyst.

Your new role
You will provide a high level of analytical excellence to the Business Planning Manager and Business Planning Director. You will assist the Business Planning Manager in the development of integrated Excel models to support key business planning processes.

You will develop ad hoc analytical requests according to agreed standards and support accurate timely publication information relating to key processes. You will provide support to the Business Planning Manager in the preparation of all information systems, programs and excel files and powerpoint slides used in the annual budget process, the annual five year business plan, the monthly forecast process and the monthly results reporting.

What you'll need to succeed
An accountancy qualification (part or complete) is advantageous but not essential for this role. You will have a minimum of 2 years in a business, corporate or controllership role involving KPI & financial reporting and / or business analysis. The successful candidate will have the ability to handle large scale data manipulation and present in simple format with a proven track record of advanced Excel.
