Financial Controller

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller to work for a well-respected manufacturing organisation based in North Birmingham

The Role

Reporting into a Finance Director, the role will be varied in nature and priorities will change on a month to month basis, however a brief outline of duties will include:

• The day to day management of a finance team
• Leading the annual Budgeting process
• Overseeing the production of Monthly Management Accounts
• Ensuring a strong financial controls process is adhered to
• Working closely with the FD to identify areas to improve deficiencies within the business
• Putting a costing process into place
• Providing financial guidance and support to the Senior Management Team

Your Profile

To be considered for this opportunity we are keen to hear from Professional Accountants with a strong track record of success in their previous roles.

The key factors for consideration will be:

• CIMA/ACCA Qualifications
• Staff Management experience
• Strong Business partnering experience
• Ability to work as part of a Senior Management Team
• IT Literate
• Strong communicator

Salary & Benefits

• £55,000 to £60,000 Base salary
