The SF Group is currently recruiting for an Interim Financial Reporting Accountant to join a manufacturing business in Nottinghamshire. The job will report to the Financial Controller. Due to the firms location the role is easily commutable from all areas of Nottinghamshire, Derby and North Leicester. The business is experience a period of change and requires support within the statutory and financial reporting department.
The successful candidate you will be responsible for reporting, analysis, review and reconciliation. In addition, you will prepare statutory accounts for several trading entities and ensure adherence to and development of the group Compliance and Financial Reporting controls.
To be considered for the role, you will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent), preferably from a top tier practice. You will be a proficient IT accounting system user with excellent Excel skills. You will have the ability to hit the ground running and make a fast and positive impact. The assignment is anticipated to run for 4-6 months although there may be scope for extension and potentially a permanent role in the future.
The day rate is dependent on experience, up to £300 per day on a Ltd basis.
