Part Time Finance Manager

A global property business are looking for a Part Time Finance Manager to join their business 3 days per week


Due to developing operations in the UK and EMEA regions, a small business unit of a global property operation are currently seeking a Part Time Finance Manager to join their business 3 days per week.

The company are primarily a property development and investment business with operations across Europe. They have built a small team in the UK and would welcome the skill set of someone with experience in property / real estate looking to take a broad role on a part time basis.

The role will provide a real in depth support to the workings of the organisation, contributing to strategic decisions, partnering with senior stakeholders, as well as taking responsibility for the delivery of timely monthly accounts.

Responsibilities include:

Preparation of statutory accounts
Preparation of management accounts with commentary
Variance analysis
Budgets vs Actuals
Business partnering with divisional heads of department
Input and influence in strategic decision making process
Ad hoc analysis

The Requirements

A qualified accountant - ACA / ACCA / CIMA
Experience in real estate or desire to work in property environment
Strong communication skills
Exposure to senior stakeholders
IFRS / UK GAAP
