The Chartered Accountancy Practice is a well established private client firm, acting for a large number of high net worth individuals. The Firm has two Partners and twelve staff operating from a single office in Leatherhead that is naturally growing the team due to increased work load.
The Firm operates in an open plan environment without a ridged departmental structure.
The new vacancy is a very "hands on" position covering the compliance areas of taxation as well as advice and planning. The role, in the main, will report directly to the Partners and the successful candidate will have to manage a diverse portfolio of private clients, and relatively few corporate clients.
The role to a certain extent can be moulded to the candidate's experience and expertise. Ideally the candidate will be a professionally qualified accountant or tax consultant and have experience of working in a small or mid-sized practice firm.
Experience in the following will be required:
At least 3 years Practice experience
Personal taxation, CGT, IHT work
UK and offshore trust knowledge
Corporate services experience including VAT and PAYE
Very competitive package and staff parking with the precise salary to be determined by the qualification and experience of the successful candidate.
