Not for profit organisation based in Manchester city centre looking to recruit interim head of finance

Your new company
I am currently working with a high profile not for profit organisation based on the outskirts of Manchester city centre. My client is widely regarded as a stand out employer in the Manchester area and have an excellent reputation for investing in their staff. They always look to promote from within but due to the specialist nature of this position they need an external specialist. This is an interim opportunity with a high possibility to turn permanent.

Your new role
In this job you will work closely with a highly regarded director of finance and be responsible for the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting & reporting. It will be your responsibility to improve management information whilst business partnering with other key directors during the budgeting process. You will be involved in business appraisals and play a critical role within strategy surrounding new ventures. You will work closely with the estates teams and business partner with key stakeholders throughout the team.

What you'll need to succeed
I am looking to speak with qualified accountants (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) who have experience of working within either property or facilities management. As this is initially an interim opportunity it would be beneficial that you are immediately available or available at short notice.
