I am recruiting for a skilled Finalist ACA/ACCA practice Semi-Senior / Senior looking to join a rapidly growing practice in South Warwickshire. Joining this organisation will be huge for development, progression and client exposure - therefore will be an engaging role, that adds genuine value and offers exposure to Directors & Partners, as well as Senior professionals in exceptional clients. Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:- Preparation of Limited Company accounts, as well as some key sole trader / partnerships- Support and development of junior staff, whilst managing key daily metrics to ensure good performance- Be key point of contact for clients and stakeholders offering sound accounting knowledge- Support client business development and "upselling" to drive networking and new business opportunities- Offer an market leading service in some of the regions most valuable companies to the local market If you have 2-4 years experience in Accounts Practice, and are an ACCA/ACA finalist / newly qualified Accountant this is a fantastic opportunity to take the step up that you deserve.
