Revenue Accounatant

Our client a global and rapidly expanding technology organisation close to Gatwick are seeking a Revenue Accountant.

Responsibilities will be and not limited to:

* Maintain and review all software and professional services deferred revenue schedules, propose journal entries to recognise revenue under US GAAP accounting standards as part of the monthly close.
* prepare quarterly schedules and propose journal entries for revenue recognition.
* submit controls for all schedules on monthly and quarterly basis
* Assist with monthly variance OPEX analysis for the quarter on quarter fluctuation review
* Work with accounts receivable to ensure timely revenue recognition for invoices
* Assess credit worthiness of customers through review of financial statements

The ideal candidate for this position will be a part-qualified accountant currently studying towards either their CIMA or ACCA qualifications with strong Excel skills and proven system adaptability,
