The Accountant:
Newly Qualified ACAs, are you looking for role in Property that is a little bit different?
The Opportunity:
To join one of London's most successful Property Developer / Entrepreneur based in South West London
The Role:
- Reporting into the Head of Finance.
- Taking ownership of the preparation and production of all monthly reporting, technical and MI.
- Given the methods in which the developments are structured and financed, you will get interesting exposure SPVs across several international locations - FX and Local Standards are a significant element.
- Help construct the budgets, forecasts and financial planning for the business.
- Provide financial support to the development team and aiding in the delivery of each development.
- As you get to grips for the core focus of the role and you have built up knowledge/trust, the opportunity to get closer involved in the financial modelling, review of potential investment/acquisition opportunities, financing solutions
The Candidate: To be considered
- Strong Academics
- Degree Educated / School Leaves Scheme
- ACA Qualified
- Trained and Fully Qualified in Practice
- Actual Hands on Accounts Preparation Experience, more than Audit Experience is required
- Easy Access to / reside on South West London
