Trust Accountant

An expanding Multi Academy Trust are looking to recruit a Trust Accountant. Working closely with the Finance Director and managing a small team, you will take responsibility for leading the central finance operation.

This is a key role within the trust and your main duties will include preparing accounts for submission to the auditor, managing the computerised financial system, ensure all checks of control accounts are carried out, integrate new schools into the finance system, co-ordinate the annual audit, oversee the completion of the VAT returns, produce cash flow statements, supervise the maintenance of the asset register and manage the relationship with the payroll supplier.
