Head of Finance - Growth Business in Basingstoke

Following the inception of a transformational project and a commitment from the business to continue to challenge itself to become better each and every day, we are now looking to appoint a Head of Finance.

You will lead a finance team of circa ten heads and will have the autonomy (and be expected to utilise it) to creatively hone and develop the team to continue to deliver a best in class service to the various stakeholders across the business and make improvements to that service in all areas in an ongoing "continuous improvement" initiative. SAP experience will be pivotal in this appointment as you will need to lead and direct both the integration of acquisitions as well as the develpment of the ERP platform across the Group.
