Finance Director

Our client is a market leading UK business that continues to expand both organically and by a number of diverse acquisitions, which have helped drill down into other market streams. The business are looking for a high profile Finance Director to drive a number of key strategic areas through a large scale transformation programme within the current division.

Working very closely with the Managing Director, the Finance Director is a crucial role where the successful candidate must have excellent commercial experience and the ability to drive future operational growth. The Finance Director will possess the gravitas to manage both client relationships and internal key stakeholders, as well as ensuring each operating unit is provided with the correct level of financial decision support; assisting the continued success of the business.

The ideal candidate will be a commercial astute, experienced Finance Director with strong academics, be degree educated from a top tier University, either ACA or CIMA qualified accountant with first time passes, and have a successful track record of commercial success; delivering strong business growth, transformational change, p&l responsibility, as well as exposure to complex mergers and acquisitions.
