My client is a world's largest banking and financial services organisations. Serve more than 45 million customers through four global businesses: Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, Global Banking and Markets, and Global Private Banking.

Your new role
Provide a range of services to HSBC customers, supporting key life events, such as saving for a new home to retirement and protecting their family for every eventuality, providing confidence and reassurance. ]Support a portfolio of Premier clients, delivering a consistent and tailored wealth management and financial planning service. Listen to customers to identify and understand their current and future needs, and providing the right solution to meet those needs. Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure every need of the customer can be met within the wider HSBC teams. Help customers to understand how they can flexibly use HSBC services through Internet Banking, phone Banking and Self-service points, to meet their varying needs. Develop long term, in depth client relationships with existing and new clients Comply with the regulations and procedures that govern our business and products.

What you'll need to succeed Holds relevant qualifications, i.e. DipCII (or equivalent QCF RDR level 4 qualification) Competent Adviser Status (CAS) Have a full, valid driver's license
