Management Accountant

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be recruiting for an Interim Management Accountant on behalf of a key business in Sheffield.

This is an interim assignment for approximately three months and has been created to support the business during a busy period by providing essential support to the established, fast paced finance function. Due to the challenging, high intensity environment it is essential that the successful Management Accountant has the skills and experience to hit the ground running with minimal support.

The main duties will include:

-Production of month end management accounts
-Responsibility for the Debtors and Creditors element of the ledgers
-Reconciliation of relevant nominal reconciliations
-Review the accounts against the budgets and forecasts
- Variance analysis
-Sales standard margin reports
-Intercompany recharges
-Weekly and monthly financial reporting
-Reviewing the systems and assisting with the analysis of risk
-EC Sale & Intrastat reporting
-Any ad hoc tasks as required for the assignment

The successful candidate will require the following:

-Professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA)
-Advanced Excel; pivot tables and lookups
-Immediately available
