Financial Controller / Financial Director designate

Working alongside the Managing Director and other Directors, you will be an experienced hands-on accountant for our company finances and you will also possess business awareness and good commercial judgement, advising on the best path of growth for the business.

You will have overall control and responsibility for all financial aspects of the company's operation and will be expected to analyse and implement recommendations with the most profitable outcomes. Together with a small team undertaking monthly, annual and budgeting procedures, you will have strong communication skills with all levels of staff, often having to work with various departments to help them plan and manage their own budgets.

You will coordinate finance, lead IT and accounting system improvements and managing company policies regarding capital expenditure, taxation, and growth opportunities as appropriate.
