Financial Accounting Manger - Media & Advertising

ABPM as experts in financial recruitment have been appointed by a global business in the South Midlands to recruit an ACA or ACCA first move from professional services firm. You will be the understudy to the Group Financial Controller of the group and take ownership production of internal and group financial reporting on a timely and accurate basis.

To implement continuous financial audit and control systems to monitor the performance of the organisation, its flow of funds, the adherence to the budget, the expenditures, the income, the cost of sales and other budgetary items.

Attend senior management meetings as required across the group and subsidiaries.

Group cash-flow and treasury management on a daily basis.

Monitor a suite of KPIs appropriate to the departments across the business.

Preparation of financial forecasts, budgeting and cash-flow projections.

Management of auditors and tax advisors as for the year end.

Take responsibility for the timeliness of the monthly reporting.

To be considered for this exciting and influential role you will ideally be an ACA/ACCA who can demonstrate knowledge of best practice and accounting procedures and controls as well as their application drawn from either your professional training background or an existing group or financial accounting role.
