Complete on site audits for a variety of clients, both commercial and charity/not-for-profit, and carry out general accounts preparation.
Client Details
My client is a Top 20 accountancy practice with a local feel in Cardiff and a lot of local businesses.
Description
You will carry out audit on client sites, usually as part of a team, as well as complete some office based audits for smaller charities and businesses. There is some accounts preparation involved as well, however this is predominantly an audit position, with the split being 70/30, audit/accounts. The firm offers flexi-time, with most members of staff choosing to start early and finish at 4pm.
Profile
You will be currently working in practice, with exposure to audit and accounts preparation at a certain level. This may be smaller, independent examination work, with an interest in progressing your career to working with larger clients as part of a bigger firm. You will also be undertaking a professional qualification, or possibly already qualified, and keen to continue on your career path within practice.
