Macildowie Finance are currently recruiting for the role of Financial Accountant for a Nottinghamshire based Food Manufacturer. This is an opportunity to take your abilities as a Financial Accountant and work with various budget holders within the business to ensure forecasts are achieved and budgets are adhered to.
The role is paying £30-40k.
Duties Include:
- Processing weekly Accounting adjustments
- Investigation of significant variances to forecast
- Preparation of Month end journals
- Management of balance sheet reconciliations
- Liaison with budget centre managers
- Management of year end Audit and Tax pack requirements
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Strong Excel analysis skills are require with an eye for process improvement. The ideal candidate will be part or newly qualified and have previous experience in a similar role.
