Finance Analyst - Uxbridge - £45 -50k + Benefits


Our client is a global corporation who as a result of continued EMEA growth, have enlisted Wade Macdonald to assist them in sourcing a high calibre, forward thinking financial Analyst. Reporting to the Head of European Business Partnering you will be responsible for driving intelligent business decisions through sales planning and budgeting. You'll be analysing performance against forecast and actively working with the sales force, operational management and other non-finance staff this is a high profile role that will provide a business critical expert resource in a number of areas.

Responsibilities:
*Responsible for, and supporting the consolidation reporting of Financial performance for European management
*Coordination of budget processes between European Headquarters and Affiliates team
*Co-ordinate Financial forecasting between European Headquarters and Affiliates teams
*Maintain and streamline budget and financial processes
*Foster a close working relationship with the EMEA Affiliates team to ensure timely delivery of management reports
*Detailed analysis of Finance reports to ensure high quality and accuracy of output.
*Involvement in headquarters based EMEA Finance projects on an ad-hoc basis.
*Development and review of European cash flow forecasts
*Monthly reporting to European Treasury Manager and CFO on cash, investment and borrowing levels
*Support European Treasury Manager in development of policies and processes
*Maintain and develop the companies Treasury systems including roll out to new companies
*Execute banking instructions, foreign exchange transactions and deposits as required and as instructed by the European Treasury Manager
*Support the pricing committee process with analysis of foreign exchange markets

Pre-requisites:
*Part or recently qualified Accountant
*Finance degree or degree in a related field preferred
*Previous experience in a treasury function with proven experience of operating banking and treasury management systems in a Corporate environment.
*Experience of corporate governance and/or financial controls
*Good command of spoken and written English
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to summarise and present complex financial data in an organised, concise manner.
*Good numeracy skills with high attention to detail
