Our client, a growing and professional international organisation, is currently recruiting for an experienced Billings Administrator to join their team. Responsibilities will include:
- Process all Sales Invoices for designated countries
- Manage Accounts Receivable Balances
- Assist with project reconciliations
- Monitor sub-ledger accounts for accuracy and reconciliation
- Maintain Debtor Accounts in the Sub Ledger
- Liaise with Project Managers in ensuring all projects are billed in an accurate and timely manner
- Validate monthly billing routines
