Temporary to permanent role - parking provided - based in South Cambridge

Highly regarded technology company are recruiting for a Credit Controller on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a large company who are partnered with many well known organisations to supply a personalised and individual solution, regardless of size, and are looking for people who represent their values and their ethos.

Your new role
Day to day as a credit controller, you will be managing your own clients and debt collection in a timely manner. You will be building good relationships with your clients to resolve queries and confirm that invoices will be paid, and escalating issues as and when they arise. You will also be liaising with the sales ledger team and legal teams to resolve issues and ensure a resolution is reached.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have good working knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as Sage or a similar accounting program in order to be considered for this role as a Credit Controller. You will have previous experience in a similar role, either as a Sales Ledger or Credit Controller. Above all, you will have a good telephone manner and possess good interpersonal skills, as you will be creating and maintaining client relationships while collecting outstanding debt.
