Director of Finance

Reed Finance are pleased to be supporting a prestigious and dynamic business who are seeking a new Director of Finance to continue to develop the finance function in line with business growth plans and business demands .

This Senior Finance role requires an ACCA/ACA or CIMA qualified professional who has already gained substantial finance and accounting experience to perform a lead finance role within a very commercial environment alongside an entrepreneurial Managing Director and Board.

The role will include responsibility for all financial and management accounting, whilst ensuring that the Board receives timely and relevant financial and operational management information.

The successful candidate will be part of the senior management team and play an integral role in the commercial development of the business. You will be commercially focused and able to add value in all areas of the business as well having total responsibility of the company finances. This position requires a hands on individual with substantial accounting and finance experience in addition to strong management skills.

A high level of communication and interpersonal skills are essential combined with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Previous experience within a manufacturing organisation and experience in dealing with shareholders will also be ideal here.
