Finance Business Partner / Finance Analyst

Butler Rose is supporting our client with the appointment of a Finance Analyst to join their commercial finance team, based in offices near Winchester. Reporting into the head of the department you will be providing detailed analysis and challenge to a range of projects to ensure the direction and understanding of their status is clear.

This is a highly commercial job role and will require sound financial modelling skills and a track record of experience handling large volumes of data within a financial planning and analysis setting. You will be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and be able to draw on a strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting that enables you to provide both operational/financial challenge to decision making.

Alongside this financial knowledge will be an advanced Excel skill set, the ability to present and communicate to varying audiences of both seniority and finance knowledge as well as the all round business partnering ability to engage with stakeholders across the business.

This is highly visible and influential job role and will suit an enthusiastic and motivated finance professional who can compliment the ability to understand complex finance issues, the communication skills to translate such to differing stakeholders whilst being able to provide insight and recommendation for improved decision making.
