Finance Manager

Reed Finance are working an exciting opportunity and looking for a Finance Manager, to lead finanacail reporting , fiscal and leagal activities with Company Secratary responsibilities to join a senior management team.

This position reports directly into the Managing Director and will suit someone who has the capability, character and ambition to develop the department.

Role Description:

To be considered for the role candidates must be confident and experienced in:

providing detailed understanding and knowledge of the company's financial information,through accurate financial reports

researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance

developing financial management mechanisms and processes that reduce costs and minimise financial risk

managing the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems

oversees the preparation of annual accounts and corporation tax computations


reports legislative changes and taking appropriate action to ensure the Company complies with any necessary changes

supervising and mentoring staff

managing budgets, monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends

liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out

keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation

and any other requirements of the role as the business evolves
