Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Auditor

Venn Group is currently recruiting for a SOX Auditor on behalf a FTSE organisation based in Coventry for an initial six month contract.

Key duties and experience required include:

• Experience of internal or external audit, or other process / controls assurance activities
• Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley testing and auditing/testing SOX controls
• Knowledge and experience of control frameworks – including a robust understanding of process, risk and controls
• Ability to understand and critically assess complex business and financial processes
• Produce high quality process and controls documentation
