Head of Finance

A Head of Finance is required for a growing, entrepreneurial, branded FMCG business with a unique market approach. Based in West London, this progressive business has ambitious growth plans and is now of a size where it needs a dedicated finance professional to put in place the infrastructure to support their continued growth. Reporting directly into the Managing Director, this is the most senior finance role within the organisation.

With full ownership for the finance function, you will play a key role in managing key relationships both internally and externally. Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting key commercial and strategic decisions
• Management of all financial and management reporting processes
• Full responsibility for financial planning and analysis responsibilities
• Building and managing relationship with third-party logistics providers

The successful candidate will be a 'hands-on', ambitious, qualified accountant with a broad finance skill set. Demonstrable experience of operating in FMCG / manufacturing / broader consumer sectors, with prior exposure to working with supply chain functions will be essential.

With a demonstrable background of business partnering with non-finance functions, you will be a pro-active and determined self-starter who can adapt quickly to new environments. You will visibly possess the ability to develop working relationships across all levels, with the credibility and gravitas to challenge and help drive the business forward.
