Management Accountant

The successful Management Accountant will lead the operational team to deliver plans, budgets and forecasts, reviewing the existing forecasts, interpreting results, and providing clear and informative business insights to key decision makers.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

* Production of the monthly management accounts
* Knowledge of WIP (Work in Progress) essential
* Production of company's cash flow forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis
* Produce insightful reporting
* Recording intercompany transactions
* Oversee Credit Control
* Liaising with departmental managers and analyse their monthly sales forecasts
* Resource management to ensure efficient productivity

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following qualifications and experience:

* Experience of producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts
* ACCA, CIMA, ACA Qualified
* Strong analytical skills
* Effective communication skills
* Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
* Strong MS Excel & Word skills
* Experience of driving through process improvement
