Development Accountant

My client are a Property business who are experiencing a Strong period of financial performance and want to leverage off this position to lead growth and development. The Finance Business Partner will be shaping where the funding for development is spent by assessing commercial viability of numerous options.

Description

The Finance Business Partner will be partnering both the Finance Director, Commercial Director and various other stakeholders with a view to assessing the commercial viability of the business's projects. On a daily basis the role will include:

• Building strong relationships internally
• Variance Analysis
• Project viability analysis
• Review appraisals
• Construct reporting tools
• Monitor and report on development providing analysis & commentary to the business

Profile

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with experience in either real estate or sales, due to the changing nature of the sums they focus on. You will need to have been involved heavily in business partnering or analysis previously. The excel skills required are high and need to be up to pivot table/v look up standard.

Job Offer
