Commercial Finance Manager

One of London's most prestigious Higher Education providers is currently looking to recruit a new Commercial Finance Manager to take financial management of one of the largest divisions within the organisation.

With plans for a 30-40% growth in revenues (currently c£35m) within this area over the next three years, this is an exciting time to join the organisation. As such, we need an individual who can best support future growth and ensure a highly commercial business partnering function is delivered.

As Finance Manager, you will lead a team of five, taking ownership of the corporate plan, budgeting and financial reporting. You will also provide commercial decision support for new programmes/initiatives through the use of financial modelling and competitor/risk analysis.

You will be client-facing and be critical to winning new business, so will have a direct impact on the future growth of the organisation. As such, we need someone with a high degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to make quick commercial decisions.

To be considered for this role, you will be a fully Qualified Accountant with relevant PQE in a complex organisation. You will have excellent analytical and business partnering skills, supported by strong technical finance knowledge.
