One of the largest institutional asset managers in the UK require a Finance Manager for a period of 6 months.The jobholder will provide support to the Finance Manager and the wider Real Estate Finance team across all aspects of the real estate portfolio including administration, operations, cash management, financial statement preparation, management accounts and investor reporting.
The successful candidate will need experience in the following;
*Experience in a manager level role within the real estate investment industry is essential.
*Must hold a relevant accounting qualification e.g. ACA or ACCA.
*Be able to demonstrate co-ordination and management of relevant stakeholders internal and external to the business.
*Experienced in preparation of management accounts and financial statements across a portfolio of entities.
*UK GAAP and FRS 102 knowledge preferred.
