This is an exciting, well established, forward thinking large company based on the out skirts of Preston with a global presence and constantly expanding staff base.


Your new role
Your role as Payroll Manager will be integral in the payroll management and implementation of new systems and procedures. You will be responsible for a large team of payroll supervisors and payroll advisor's and ideally have experience in a similar environment with a forward thinking attitude and project management experience this is an exciting and responsible role where you will have the opportunity to test you knowledge gained.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have extensive experience and in-depth technical payroll knowledge, inclusive of modern payroll platforms and for statutory, HMRC and Pensions requirements.

Extensive knowledge in Payroll systems and systems development - across the project life cycle

Extensive Payroll Management experience ideally within a private sector environment- including management of process across multiple sites.

Project management experience, including significant experience in managing systems change and implementation.

Experience in managing extremely high value and very complex payroll solutions for a large global organisation.

Institute of payroll Management or relevant equivalent would be desirable
