My client is a global Investment Management organisation who require a Fund Accountant to assist for around 5 months.The suitable candidate will need to have 'in house' fund accounting experience in their most recent role in order to assist quickly with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities;
*Maintenance and control of primary accounting records
*Management Reporting; preparing quarterly distribution packs, board papers and annual statutory accounts in line with UK GAAP or IFRS as appropriate
*Preparing weekly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
*Supporting the Fund Managers in investment decisions
*Client reporting; liaising with internal/external lawyers, auditors, and dealing with Investor requests
