Our client, a progressive organisation based in Hull are looking to recruit a Management Accountant to work closely with the Group Financial Controller. The Management Accountant is a key role that provides support across the business on a daily basis. Main duties will include;

Preparation of monthly management accounts and reports
Preparation of year end financial statements
Preparation of year end audit file
Assist in audit planning
Budgeting and preparation of monthly variance analysis for the board
Ensure appropriate control systems are maintained
Supervision of purchase ledger clerk
Provision of commercial information as required

You will ideally be fully qualified with strong analytical skills. You will be a self starter with a flexible approach to tasks. You will have strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise your workload.

Salary guide £32000
