Our client, a large, well-known brand based on the outskirts of Southampton, is seeking to recruit a Financial Accountant on a 12 month fixed-term basis.
Reporting in to the Finance Manager the role holder will be expected to ensure compliance and accounting standards are met together with statutory and reporting obligations.
The successful applicant will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) with a sound knowledge and understanding of technical accounting standards – IFRS, UK GAAP. Having previous SOX experience is highly desirable but not a prerequisite.
