An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Intercompany Global Services Manager to join a globally successful FMCG company in Slough. This role will partner with senior managers and both internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic advice for process improvements initiatives.

The role covers for the E2E RTR Intercompany which includes: recharging, processing and netting, disputes, Period end close activities, ICO reconciliation, and all related controls.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning the process standardisation agenda whilst innovating and driving improvement measured by KPI results.
  • Partnering with Global Process owners to define and develop worldwide processes, ensuring activities are covered by Policies and Statements of Work and enhancing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Driving effective Service Quality and Controls Adherence whilst being an ambassador for the Business Service Group.

The successful candidate will be qualified, commercially minded and have a can do pro-active attitude. The ability to work autonomously in a fast paced and challenging environment is key. Experience working in a Shared Services environment and leading a reporting end to end process is essential.
