An excellent opportunity to join a successful and expanding business based in the East Dorset area. The organization is planning for further expansion hence recruiting this new role.
Reporting to the Finance Director you will manage a small finance team and will take responsibility for all financial and management reporting. There will be a key focus on driving process and systems improvements whilst having the ability to business partner with managers across the wider business. The ability to motivate and develop staff is a key element of this role.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with PQE gained within a commercial, ideally services related business – likely to be your 2nd move after qualifying. Experience of managing staff is essential. There is the potential of good career development opportunities in the future as the business continues to grow.
