Property Finance Manager

A global fashion retail group is looking to recruit a Property Finance Manager to support the Head of Finance property in analysing the property portfolio and appraise investment opportunities.

The role will include the following tasks:

• Effectively produce and maintain the company's property strategy making recommendations on any acquisitions or disposals
• Financial appraisals for rent reviews, lease renewals and lease expiries
• Responsible for partnering with individual brands and providing periodic property reviews
• Liaise with Group Finance and produce capital approvals
• Management and development of 1 PQ Finance Analyst
• Ad hoc project work

The candidate will exhibit the following experience:

• Qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
• Preferably post qualified experience in a retail or consumer company
• Experience working in a fast paced commercial environment
• Effective communicator with the ability to present to senior leadership teams
• Dynamic nature and comfortable working in a fun, fluid environment
• Strong Excel skills
