International And Operations Business Partner

The Permanent Division of Robert Half are currently recruiting for an International and Operations Business Partner on behalf of a Prestigious UK wide client with an International Presence in a dual role split between Milton Keynes and Coventry.

The Role

As International and Operations Business Partner you will work across two core sites taking responsibility for Worldwide International Costs and Business Partnering support to the internal processing and Logistics Centres. Day to day duties will consist of delivering appropriate international cost performance analysis and management commentary on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis; coordinate the financial planning process for International costs Circa 40M; support product business case development across appropriate stakeholders; support the coordination of the financial planning process in the internal Processing and Logistics Operations centres; business partner functional heads in delivering performance and increasing productivity through benchmarking and a focus on continual improvement; ensure areas of cost efficiency are identified and understood by the Executive team; support of cost reduction initiatives; weekly performance reporting for the Processing and Logistics Operations centres and other ad-hoc tasks.

Your Profile

You will be a Qualified Accountant ideally with Transport or Logistics experience and with a strong understanding of performance management and financial control processes and with excellent analytical skills combined with presentation skills, and strong communication and negotiation skills. You will be able to explain complex financial issues clearly and concisely and make recommendations for improvement and will be skilled in delivering business objectives and performance drives. You MUST be able to travel to both the Coventry and Milton Keynes locations for this dual role.
