Head of Finance

Your new company:
A dynamic and innovative charity operating in East London. Over the past 30 years it has transformed the lives of people who come from some of the most deprived areas in London. £4 million income currently but seeking to significantly increase in size and footprint over the next few years

Your new role:
You will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and have responsibility for delivery of all financial aspects of the organisation as it continues to grow. Delivery of monthly management accounts, forecasts and annual budget, Preparation of statutory accounts and managing the audit, delivery of project accounts, and working on financial strategy with the Chief Operating Officer. You will also manage and lead a small team of three.

What you'll need to succeed:
You will be a qualified accountant with previous experience of managing a finance department. You will have broad based experience including financial and management accounting.
