Finance Manager

I am working with an established and growing business who are looking for a qualified Finance Manger to join the management team and drive growth and efficiencies in key areas of the business.

This is a newly created position due to significant new contract wins and plans to double in size in the next 5 years.

Key responsibilities:
*Managing the day to day operation of the finance team and all management accounting processes
*Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting
*Investigating and analysing potential operational improvements and provide suitable recommendations to senior management
*Staff management and development
*Ad hoc project involvement

You will be:
*Fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA), however we welcome applicants who are qualified by experience and be fully established at this level
*High degree of commercial acumen
*Ability to discuss complex issues with a varied audience including non-financial key stakeholders
*Proven ability to challenge and improve existing processes
*Experience of staff management is desirable
*Strong systems skills
