Group Finance Manager

We're currently working with a rapidly growing Listed business within the exciting world of gaming and technology. This role will be based within their brand new offices in the heart of London and is a great time to be joining them.

An opportunity has come up for a Group Reporting Manager to join the team and to take on responsibility around setting up processes, working closely with senior stakeholders to enable group reporting and consolidation to take place. This is a broad, hands-on role and some of the responsibilities will include:

• Delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation group financial statements
• Ownership of group year-end and quarterly reporting processes
• Providing in-depth analytical review and commentary - comparing performance via prior period
• Working very closely with the Group Financial Controller to develop and maintain accounting policies and controls, to ensure compliance
• Preparation of external audit and reporting timetable
• Variety of Ad hoc projects

The ideal profile and skillset for the candidate will include:

• ACA Qualified - from a Big 4 or Top 10 accountancy practice
• Experience in the consolidation of group accounts
• Strong technical knowledge - extensive IFRS, UK GAAP knowledge
• Preferably experience of HFM

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is perhaps moving out of practice for the first time, or someone with some previous experience of working within Audit in a practice environment.
