Management Accountant

One of the UK’s leading manufacturers of prestigious brand names is looking to recruit a Commercial Management Accountant. The group prides itself on innovation and has a vision of making its brands the most sought-after in the UK and Ireland.

Reporting to the Commercial Director and with a dotted line to Sales Director, the Commercial Management Accountant will have a key role in providing all decision support on pricing, customer and product analysis, as well as having wider involvement in other commercial business projects. 

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing pricing and profitability analysis of products, customers and by channel
• Evaluating of promotional spend of proposals and analysis of performance post event
• Maintaining registers of customer trading terms and conditions with financial modelling/support of the negotiation teams on the finance and commercial aspects
• Performing ad-hoc project accounting/ business case compilation.
• Occasional travel and attending of ad hoc sales meetings at various venues.

As a newly qualified ACCA/ CIMA Accountant who has demonstrated business support and gained analytical experience combined with commercial insight, you will be; tenacious and a driven individual, confident in providing challenge with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
