This ambitious, rapidly growing company are looking for a qualified ACA/ ACCA Financial Controller to join their head office finance function.
Reporting to the Financial Director, you will have great exposure to all areas of finance. Due to the growth of the company, the current processes and controls have been outgrown. This means you will have a lot of input in to the day to day running of the company and the chance to develop strong controls and processes to allow the company to thrive with its increased turnover.
Due to the nature of the company, you will be a strong communicator with the ability to influence and manage key stakeholders. Ideally you will have previously worked in professional practice and be looking to make either your first or second move in to industry. Experience of the audit process, statutory accounts and month end process are essential to undertake this role, however, the desire to want to keep learning and progress in your career is also very important. The ability to work under your own initiative and autonomously is very important alongside being able to manage a small team and work closely with them to produce a strong accounting function.
