Assistant Management Accountant

Our exclusive client are experiencing consistent growth and are now in a position to recruit an experienced Assistant Management Accountant. This could be a career making move for an ambitious CIMA/ACCA studier as this role has genuine scope to develop into a fully fledged Management Accountant role with commercial/business partnering elements in the medium term.

Reporting to an engaging Financial Controller, your key responsibilities will include:

*P&L reporting and analysis of variances against budget
*Accruals, prepayments and journal posting
*Bank reconciliations
*Balance sheet reconciliations
*VAT returns
*Assisting with the budget process

You will ideally be proactively studying CIMA/ACCA or be newly qualified and seeking a varied and commercial role with the desire to progress. You will be a strong communicator as this role offers excellent business visibility through interaction with various internal stakeholders to deliver meaningful financial information.
