Qualified Financial Analyst

Based in central Liverpool, this top 100 legal advisory organisation has created a new role for a Qualified Analyst within their corporate finance team.
They hold an 'outstanding' Investor in Customers rating and have held Investor in People status for 20 years, currently at Gold standard.
They are a people business and their reputation heavily depends on the expertise, motivation and engagement of their employees.

Working within a team of 4 directly this role works closely with and reports into the Senior Corporate Finance Executive, and is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the lead advisory elements of Corporate Finance
Duties will include :
*Research
*Financial analysis
*Financial modelling
*Report writing
*Project management

You will be part of a team working on all transactions. These deals will include MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals and strategic reviews in the mid-range sector.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant, and have excellent communication and commercial skills with a strong personal drive to succeed in this profession.
Team spirit is very important, along with the capability of acting on your own initiative in a stand-alone capacity where required.
No previous knowledge of corporate finance is required, but solid analytical skills, and a strong desire to develop a more commercial skill set. You should be keen to learn and be ambitious.
