Finance Analyst

My Private Equity backed client are enjoying a phenomenal growth rate year on year; because of this, it has been identified there is a need to recruit a Finance Analyst in a newly created role, providing financial and data insight to the business in order to aid commercially focused decision making.

The Finance Analyst will be tasked with taking ownership of designing and building management information reporting facilities and KPIs to help drive the objectives of the business. The Finance Analyst will be tasked with building close working relationships with Operational teams; supporting and influencing improved commercial decision making by producing quality finance information, whilst also taking ownership of the budgeting and forecasting process.

The ideal candidate will be a Finalist or Newly Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA with proven analysis skills, having the ability to work and communicate with different stakeholders including non-financial personnel in a creative and persuasive manner

This role would best suit a candidate who is on an upward trajectory and keen to progress their career in a growing, dynamic business.
