High growth software sales and consultancy business based in the city of London, seeks dynamic qualified Finance Business Partner for a newly formed key role. Working in partnership with the professional services arm of circa 150 people you will be a valued Finance Business Partner to the business. You will have detailed understanding of the company's performance metrics, improvement actions and impact forecasts, which will enable you to provide insight to senior management and the board on ideas and solutions to drive the business forward.
Data analysis is a key business tool and you will be leading the development of business KPI's to drive improvement and utilisation, trend analysis of key areas to improve and scenario planning. In addition you have involvement in the annual budget process and monthly reporting to the Board.
As the successful candidate you will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with a strong analytical and commercial background. You will be a strong communicator and be comfortable in stake holder management and engagement having the gravitas to work with the board.
Salary range between £55-65k.
