REED are working closely with a small to medium size accountancy practice, in Edinburgh, in search for a driven Accountant to join their rapidly growing business. The role itself requires a candidate with a diverse range of accounting skills acquired in a similar size practice. The role
- Responsible for managing a team of PQ accounts staff
- Managing a portfolio of clients ranging from sole traders to SMEs
- Preparing statutory accounts
- Advising on corporate & personal tax, VAT and PAYE
- Providing clients with financial analysis & business planning
The candidate
- Qualified Accountant (CA/ACCA)
- Practice experience
- 2 years PQE practice experience (desirable - NQs will be considered)
- Knowledge of taxation
